1. Oats powder
2. Carrot paste
3. Sugar

5. Raw milk or yoghurt or normal water
PREPARATION :
- In a clean bowl, take 4 tablespoons of oats powder, 2 tablespoons of carrot paste, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder and add the required amount of raw milk /yoghurt / normal water to a thick paste.
- Apply this body scrub on your wet skin and massage in gentle circular motions for 5-6 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
