We need to clean the skin on our body every single day. Like our face, the skin on our body tends to accumulate dirt and impurities throughout the day. If you don't clean your body properly, it will lead to various skin problems.
For glowing and healthy-looking skin, we need to keep our body clean internally as well as externally. I will be sharing 3 DIY bath powder recipes for different skin types. You can choose whichever suits your skin and with regular application, it will make the skin soft, bright and healthy.
For all three recipes, I have used besan or gram flour as the base ingredient as it is an excellent cleanser. It is suitable for all skin types.
These recipes are very gentle on the skin as we will be using them every day. If you want to get a deeper scrubbing effect, you can add a little bit of rice powder or red lentils powder to it. But don't use rice powder or red lentils powder every single day.
NOTE:- PLEASE DO A PATCH TEST BEFORE APPLYING ANYTHING ON THE SKIN TO SEE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS.
