During winters the majority of the people suffer from dry and flaky skin. Due to dryness our skin also looks dull and lifeless. Our skin tends to lose its glow and radiance.
During winters we should look for products that will moisturize our skin very well. For face mask too, we should look for those that are meant for hydration. Clay-based face masks are not ideal for winters as they tend to make our skin even drier.
Today I have come up with a DIY moisturising face mask that will keep our skin well-nourished during these harsh cold months. It will also add a subtle glow to the skin.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Unsweetened cocoa powder
2. Rose petals powder
3. Oats powder
5. Raw milk or homemade curd or rose water
PREPARATION :
- In a clean glass bowl, take 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of rose petals powder, 1/2 tablespoon of oats powder and enough raw milk ( dry to normal skin types ) or homemade curd ( combination to oily skin types ) or rose water (sensitive skin types ) to make a smooth paste.
- Apply this mask on your clean face and neck for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
- It can be done twice a week.
- Do this at night for better results as our skin repairs and heals itself at night.
