BENEFITS OF TOMATO FOR THE SKIN:- 
  1. Tomato is rich in lycopene that gives a tomato its bright red colour. Lycopene is an antioxidant that fights with free radicals and shields the skin from sun damage. 
  2. Tomato works as a natural astringent and reduces the appearance of open pores. 
  3. Tomato is filled with vitamin C that helps in brightening the skin. 
  4. Tomato also has salicylic acid that prevents the skin from skin rashes, pimples, and acne. 
  5. Tomato also removes sun tan from the skin and improves the skin texture.
