Our hair is made up of proteins that mean protein-rich foods are essential to growing our hair healthy and long. Nuts and seeds, green leafy vegetables play a vital part in our hair health.
2. OILING AND MASSAGING THE SCALP:-
When we are talking about healthy hair growth, how can we not talk about oiling and massaging our scalp? Carrier oils such as castor oil, vitamin E oil etc are beneficial in making our hair healthy and strong.
