Coffee as an ingredient is extremely important to unclog pores and brighten up the complexion. The aroma of the coffee powder is enough to lift our mood. Coffee as an ingredient is excellent as a natural scrub.
For these below mentioned DIY coffee scrubs you can use freshly ground coffee powder or instant coffee powder. These DIY coffee scrubs will make our skin radiant and remove pigmentation from the skin. Our skin will feel fresh and clean after using these scrubs.
NOTE:-PLEASE DO A PATCH TEST BEFORE APPLYING ANYTHING ON THE FACE TO SEE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS.
1. COFFEE AND MILK POWDER FACE SCRUB FOR DRY SKIN:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and 1 tablespoon of milk powder. Add 1-2 tablespoons of rose water and 1 teaspoon raw milk.
- Mix well.
- Apply this mixture on your face and scrub your face for 1-2 minutes in gentle circular motions very lightly.
- Leave it on 5-10 minutes, before washing it off with normal water.
- Do this twice a week for healthy and glowing skin.
- Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and 1 tablespoon of neem powder. Add 1-2 tablespoons of rose water.
- Mix well.
- Apply this paste on the wet skin and scrub for a minute. Keep it on for 10 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
- It can be used once or twice a week.
- Take 2 tablespoons of coffee powder, 1 tablespoon of rose petals powder and 2 tablespoons of homemade curd.
- Mix well.
- Apply it to your clean and damp skin and scrub your skin for a few minutes.
- Wait for another 5-10 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
- It can be done once a week.
- Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and 1 tablespoon of raw milk.
- Mix well.
- Apply this scrub on the skin for a minute or so.
- Keep it on for 15 minutes.
- Wash it off with water.
- Do this twice a week.
- Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder, 1 tablespoon of oats powder and 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal powder. Add either raw milk or yoghurt or normal drinking water to make a scrub sort of consistency.
- Apply this on your face to scrub away all the impurities and dirt from your pores.
- Leave it on for 10 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
- Do it once a week.
- Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and 1 spoon of carrot paste.
- Mix well.
- Apply this mixture on the skin and gently scrubs your skin for 1-2 minutes.
- Wash it off with normal water.
- Try doing this twice a week.
- Always wet your skin before applying any DIY face scrub.
- Don't scrub your face more than twice a week.
- Always use very light and gentle circular motions to scrub your face.
- Focus mainly on the areas that are prone to whiteheads and blackheads.
- Steaming your face before scrubbing is a good thing as the whiteheads and blackheads will come out very easily.
- If you are steaming your face, make sure to apply an ice cube to tighten the pores.
