Today, I will be sharing a body scrub that you can use during this time to make your skin smooth and bright. Don't worry you will find all the ingredients in your kitchen pantry. If you don't have the below-mentioned ingredients, you can skip or substitute it with other ingredients.

INGREDIENT:-
1. Rice powder.
2. Gram flour or besan.
3. Oats powder.
RECIPE:- In a bowl, take 2-3 tablespoons of rice flour, 6-7 tablespoons of gram flour, and 6-7 tablespoons of oats powder. Add, enough water to make a thin paste.
How to apply:- First, wet your body with water. Now, take the prepared scrub and start messaging it on your body for a good 4-5 minutes. Gentle massaging will ensure blood flow in our body. Please do not rub your skin harshly as it can damage our skin tissues. Finally, wash it off with normal water. You can try it every alternate day.
