1. RED LENTIL AND BANANA SCRUB:-
- Take 2-3 tablespoons of red lentils powder and half a ripe banana. Put these into a blender to make a smooth paste.
- Now, apply this paste on your elbows and keens and massage it nicely for 5 minutes.
- Leave it on for 15 minutes.
- Wash it off with normal water.
- You can follow this remedy 2-3 times a week.
2. LEMON PEEL POWDER AND MILK MASK:-
- Take 3-4 tablespoons of lemon peel powder and add 3-4 tablespoons of raw milk. Mix well.
- Apply it on the targeted areas for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.

- Rinse it off with normal water.

6. FLAXSEED AND ORANGE POWDER MASK:-
- Take 2 tablespoons of flaxseed powder and 3 tablespoons of orange peel powder. Add 3-4 tablespoons of yoghurt.
- Mix well.
- Apply it on the elbows and keens.

IMPORTANT NOTES:-
- Use a thick body oil or body butter or body lotion to moisturise our elbows and knees.
