Spotless skin is not very difficult to get. Once we set our mind on something, we can achieve everything that we want. Hiding those dark spots behind filters or with makeup is not required anymore. Be confident with our skin with or without filters or makeup is what we try to achieve. It's possible to fade away dark spots and dark patches from our skin. With a little patience and consistency, we can get rid of those completely.
NOTE- PLEASE DO A PATCH TEST BEFORE APPLYING ANYTHING ON THE SKIN IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS.
1. ORANGE AND MILK FACE MASK:-
- Take 2 tablespoons of orange peel powder and 1-2 tablespoons of raw milk.
- Mix well.
- Apply this mask for 15 minutes only at night.
- Wash it off with normal water.
- You can apply this twice a week.
- Orange peel powder is loaded with vitamin C that fights free radicals. It also reduces dark spots. Raw milk adds moisture to the skin and enhances our complexion.
2. LICORICE AND CURD FACE MASK:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of licorice powder and 1 tablespoon of homemade curd.
- Mix well.
- Apply it on the face.
- Wait for 15 minutes, before washing it off with normal water.
- It can be done twice a week.
- Liquorice is an amazing ingredient that is known for its dark spots reducing ability. Curd gently bleaches our skin and gets rid of the dead skin cells.
3. SANDALWOOD AND CUCUMBER FACE MASK:-
- Take 2 tablespoons of sandalwood powder, 1-2 tablespoons of cucumber juice and 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
- Mix everything well.
- Apply this mask to the skin.
- Once the face mask is semi-dried, rinse it off with normal water.
- Do it three times a week.
- Sandalwood has antibacterial and antiseptic properties that keep bacterias at bay. Sandalwood and cucumber juice both soothes and heals our skin.
4. RICE AND MILK FACE MASK:-
- Take 1tablespoon of boiled rice and mash it very well. Add 1-2 tablespoons of raw milk in it.
- Again mix everything properly so that it can form a paste.
- Apply this paste to the face.
- Leave it on for 10 minutes.
- Wash it off with normal water.
- Do this twice a week.
- Rice brightens our skin complexion and decreases dark spots and pigmentation. Raw milk adds glow to the skin.
5. GREEN MUNG AND MALAI FACE MASK:-
- Take 1 spoon full of green mung powder and add the required amount of fresh malai or milk cream to it.
- Mix well.
- Apply this mask on the face for 15 - 20 minutes.
- While washing it off, gently scrubs your face to remove dead skin cells from the skin.
- Try doing it once a week to get spotless skin.
- Green mung is rich in antioxidants that maintain the skin's health. It nourishes our skin and makes our skin radiant. Malai or milk cream lessens the appearance of pigmentation and dark patches. It makes our skin soft and supple.
6. BASIL AND GREEN TEA FACE MASK:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of basil powder and 1 tablespoon of green tea to make a smooth paste.
- Apply this mask to the clean face.
- Keep it on for 15 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
- Use this mask 2-3 times a week.
- Basil has anti-inflammatory properties. Basil and green tea both are rich in antioxidants that protect the skin from sun damage and bring the skin back to its natural state.
