Scrubbing or exfoliating is an important part of the skincare routine. It eliminates all the dead skin cells, dirt, and grime from our face. It smoothens the skin texture making it soft and supple. It removes blackheads, whiteheads, and excess sebum. Thus our skin becomes brighter and healthier.
There are many different types of scrubs for different skin types and different skin concerns. We should scrub face not more than two times a week. Excessive scrubbing can irritate our skin. We should steam our face before scrubbing as steaming opens up the pores and the scrubber can work more effectively.
How To Use Scrubber:-
- First, cleanse your face properly with the help of a cleanser.
- Then use the scrubber on the wet face and gently massage it for 1-2 minutes in a circular motion. Concentrate more on the problematic areas.
- Lastly, wash it off with water. You can keep some homemade scrubber for a little longer before washing it off.
