1. Sugar and Rice scrub:-
- Take equal parts of sugar and rice powder. Now add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 4 tablespoons of tomato juice.
- Mix everything. Apply this on your elbows and knees and gently scrub it for 5-7 minutes.
- Rinse off with normal water.
- You can do this 2-3 times a week.
