TIPS:-
- Prepare all the necessary items beforehand, so that you don't need to prepare them every single time. And you can use them without wasting any time.
- Wear an old t-shirt that you won't mind ruining as some of the steps might get a little bit messy.
- Tie your back so that it won't get into your way while doing the facial.
- Light up a scented candle and play some soft soothing music to relax your mind and body.
- Lastly, make your mind calm and enjoy the whole process.
CLEANSING:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of oats powder and 1/2 of multani mitti powder and enough rose water to make a slightly runny paste.
- Wet your face and apply this paste to your face and gently massage your skin with this for a minute.
- Wash it off with normal water.
STEAMING:-
- Steaming your face before scrubbing is always a good option.
- Take some lukewarm water and dip a clean cotton cloth into it.
- Squeeze the excess water and place the cloth onto your face for 1-2 minutes.
- Do this once or twice and make sure not to hurt yourself.
SCRUBBING:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder, 1 tablespoon of orange peel and 1-2 tablespoon of curd.
- Mix well and gently scrub your face for 1-2 minutes.
- Rinse it off with water.
FACE MASK:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder, 1 tablespoon of besan of gram flour, 1 tablespoon of potato juice and 1 tablespoon of raw milk.
- Mix well.
- Apply this face mask to your skin for 10 minutes, before washing it off with water.
- Once you are done with your facial, apply a toner and moisturiser to lock the moisture into the skin.
- If you are doing this during the daytime, make sure to apply sunblock to protect your skin from the sun rays.
