When our pores are clogged it leads to acne and pimples, blackheads, whiteheads etc. I will be sharing a few DIY home remedies that will help you with clogged pores. They will clean your pores and keep your skin nice and glowing.

1. MULTANI MITTI AND GREEN TEA FACE MASK:-
- In a glass bowl, take 1 tablespoon of multani mitti powder or fuller's earth and add 1-2 tablespoon of green tea to form a smooth consistency.
- Apply this on your face for 10-15 minutes.
- Wash it off with plain water.
- Do it twice a week.
- Multani mitti absorbs excess sebum and dirt from the pores. Green Tea tightens the pores.
2. CHARCOAL AND OATS FACE MASK:-
- In a wooden or glass bowl, take 1 tablespoon of charcoal powder and Oats powder and mix some water to make a paste.
- Apply this paste on your face.
- Keep it on for 15 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
- It can be done once a week.
- Just like multani mitti, charcoal is exceptionally promising for clogged pores. Activated charcoal extracts dirt, impurities and sebum from the pores. Oats also decreases blackheads and whiteheads.
3. SANDALWOOD AND CUCUMBER FACE MASK:-
- Take 2 tablespoon of sandalwood powder and 2-3 tablespoons of cucumber juice.
- Mix well.
- Apply it on the face.
- Wait for 10 -15 minutes, before rinsing it off with normal water.
- Try doing this twice a week.
- Sandalwood and cucumber juice purifies the pores from deep. Both has soothing and relaxing properties that provide relief to the skin.
4. COFFEE AND ALMOND FACE MASK:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and 1 tablespoon of almond powder. Add 1-2 tablespoons of yoghurt.
- Mix well.
- Apply it on your face.
- Leave it on for 20 minutes.
- Use normal water to remove it.
- You can do this twice a week.
- The scrubbing property of coffee makes it very useful for clogged pores. Almond powder also discards blackheads and whiteheads very well. Yoghurt improves skin complexion.
5. RED LENTIL AND WATERMELON FACE MASK:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of red lentils powder and 1-2 tablespoons of watermelon juice.
- Mix well.
- Apply this mask on your face.
- Keep it on for 15 minutes.
- Rinse it off with plain water.
- It can be done once a week.
- Red lentils powder removes dead skin cells and keeps the pores clean. Watermelon juice tightens the pores.
