DIY BODY POLISHING AT HOME

Body polishing is very much similar to body scrubbing. It is a way in which we remove the dead skin cells, dirt, and grime from the upper layer of the skin. It helps in cell regeneration. It will also very effective to remove any old mark, dark patches from the skin. This process is also helpful in encouraging blood flow in the skin. In this way, it will make our skin healthy and glowy.

BANANA AND OATMEAL:-

  • Take 1 ripe banana, 1/2 cup of oatmeal powder and 2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil.

  • Wash it off with normal water.

  • Rinse it off with normal water. 
  • You can do this once a week.



MILK POWDER AND WHEAT FLOUR:-

  • Take 1/2 cup of milk powder, 3-4 tablespoons of wheat flour, 4-5 tablespoons of orange peel powder. Add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2-3 tablespoons of rose water and 3-4 tablespoons of raw milk. 
  • Mix well. 
  • Apply this on the wet body and massage it for a few minutes. 
  • Keep it on for 5-10 minutes. 
  • Wash it off with normal water. 
  • You can do this once a week.
