THE BENEFITS OF GREEN TEA FOR THE SKIN:-

- It is very beneficial for sensitive and acne-prone skin.
- It is loaded with antioxidants properties that fight free radicals and protects the skin from sun damage.

Green Tea and Rice Powder Face Mask:-
- Firstly, prepare some green tea and let it cool down for some time. Now, in a clean bowl take 2 tablespoons of rice powder and add enough green tea to form a paste-like consistency.
- Next, apply it to your face. Massage this mask in a gentle circular motion on the face for 5 minutes.
- Leave it on for another 10 minutes.
- Wash it off with normal water.
- You can do this twice a week.
- It works both as a face scrub and face mask.
Green Tea and Yogurt Face Mask:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of green tea powder and 1 tablespoon of yoghurt.
- Mix well.
- Apply this on the skin for 15-20 minutes.
- Wash it off with normal water.
- You can do this twice a week.
Green Tea and Orange Juice Face Mask:-
- Take an equal portion of green tea and orange juice.
- Mix well.
- Now, take a cotton ball and dip it into the mixture. Apply this on your face.
- Leave it for 10- 15 minutes.
- Rinse it off with normal water.
- You can try this mask twice a week.
Green Tea and Honey Face Mask:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of green tea and 1/2 teaspoon, raw honey, to it.
- Mix well.
- Apply this on your face for 10 minutes.
- Wash it off with water.
- You can use this mask 2-3 times a week.
Green Tea and Besan Face Mask:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of besan or gram flour and add enough green tea to make a paste.
- Apply this paste on the skin and massage it for 1-2 minutes.
- You can leave it for another 5 minutes(optional).
- Wash it off with regular water.
- It is excellent as a natural face cleanser.
- You can use it once a day.
Green Tea and Coffee Face Mask:-
- Take 1 tablespoon of green tea powder and 1/2 tablespoon of coffee powder. Add 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of yoghurt to it.
- Mix everything very well.
- Apply this to the face. After 15 minutes wash it off with lukewarm water.
- Use cold water for the final rinse as it will close all the pores.
- You can do this twice a week.
Green Tea and Cucumber Juice Eye Mask:-
- Take 2 tablespoons of green tea and 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice.
- Mix well.
- Keep the mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Take two cotton balls and dip those into the mixture. Squeeze the excess.
- Now, place them on your eyes and relax for 25-30 minutes.
- It will reduce under-eye dark circles and puffiness.
- You can do this every day.
